This study aims to determine the relationship between school administrator’ coaching behaviours and academic optimism of schools. The research was designed with correlational model. population consisted 2487 teachers working in Salihli district Manisa province sample consists 497 teachers. Convenience sampling method adopted study.. According results research, perception level toward administrators’ were high. also revealed that perceptions at differed significantly according variables gender number their but they did not differ variables. Teachers' towards regarding graduation status level. There a significant, moderate-degree positive-oriented correlation on schools levels teachers’ optimism. Again this study, concerning situation determination dimension increased teachers'
